Big Bore Engine Kit, 1070cc

This upgrade kit provides everything the enthusiast needs to upgrade their engines to 1070cc capacity, applicable only to 1000cc engines model years 1981 onwards. The kit includes two cylinders with stainless steel push-rod tubes, two forged lightweight pistons along with the required wrist pins, circlips and a full set of piston rings, new connecting rods and high performance camshaft. This kit also includes seals and gaskets top copmplete the job. Installation of this upgrade kit will enable a power output of approximately 80hp and you should notice smoother running due to the lighter and carefully balanced pistons. Additional power output can be achieved by adding the SGS2 exhaust system, part numbers 18-1003, 18-1005 and 18-1007.
